You are beautiful, lovable, marvellous, capable; you can be more than who you are.
Investing money and time in doing what you value is most important.
I value Health and Happiness important. Therefore, I spend at least 40 minutes a day walking, jogging and exercising.
Today, while going for a walk, I took beautiful photos of cute birds, which gave me a lot of happiness.
I hope you also invest time doing what is essential to you rather than how the others tell you what you are supposed to do.
